Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit purchase quantities, or restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse, or misuse.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, measurements, materials, and availability accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

Some Paramount products feature specialty washes, distressing, printing, or finishes. Natural variations in color, fading, texture, print placement, measurements, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the product’s intended appearance and are not necessarily defects.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between products and sizes.

Limited Releases

Certain Paramount products are released in limited quantities and may never be restocked.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. A product is not secured until checkout is completed, payment is authorized, and your order is accepted.

We do not guarantee the availability of any product. We may limit the number of items purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice. Discounts, promotions, shipping costs, taxes, and product availability may also change.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

• May exclude limited-release products, including 100P products.

• May exclude specific products or collections.

• May be limited to one use per customer.

• May be changed, suspended, or ended at any time.

If a promotion requires the purchase of a qualifying product, returning that product may reduce the refund by the value of any discount, promotional item, or free product received.

Customers may be required to return promotional or free items to receive a full eligible refund.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order.

We may cancel or limit an order because of:

• Inventory errors.

• Incorrect pricing or product information.

• Payment or billing issues.

• Suspected fraud.

• Suspected unauthorized resale.

• Violations of these Terms.

• Other reasonable business or security concerns.

Once an order enters processing, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and processing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Paramount is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Paramount is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Questions concerning missing, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages may be submitted using the customer-service contact method provided on our website.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return Policy posted on our website.

Products must satisfy the eligibility requirements and deadlines stated in that policy. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from an error by Paramount.

Final-sale products, worn or washed products, altered products, damaged products, and products returned outside the applicable return window may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Limited-release items may have additional return restrictions when clearly disclosed before purchase.

Preorders

When a product is sold as a preorder, the estimated production or shipping timeline will be provided on the applicable product page or during the sale.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, shipping, supply, or fulfillment delays.

By purchasing a preorder product, you acknowledge that it is not immediately available and will not ship until production and fulfillment are completed.

If preorder and in-stock products are purchased in the same order, the entire order may be held until all products are available unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The Paramount name, 100P branding, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, website design, written content, and other materials displayed through our website are owned by or licensed to Paramount and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any trademark, copyright, design, artwork, or other intellectual property associated with that product.

User Content

If you submit, tag, send, upload, or publish content featuring Paramount or our products, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. You may not submit anything unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or misleading.

Paramount will obtain any legally required permission before using customer-created content in paid advertising or other commercial materials.

Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, deceptive, or infringing material.

We may moderate or remove reviews and other submissions that violate these Terms.
